27 year old, African American woman. Augmentation was performed by fat Grafting and enhanced by Lipo-sculpting the lower back, waist and abdomen.

An aesthetic buttock has most of the fat located directly posterior on the buttock and has enough fullness superiorly to give it a lifted round look.

The fat that was removed then grafted to the buttocks to make then appear fuller and more lifted. The post-operative photograph demonstrates a much slimmer wait, flat abdomen, and accentuated curves.

The success of fat grafting is influenced by many factors: your age, body weight, underlying bone structure (body shape), the quality of your skin (loose, firm, healthy elastic skin) with the capacity to shrink, amount and location of the fat. And in my opinion there are others factors too, such as technical skill, strong aesthetic sense, education and years of experience.
